How does it work?

Step 1 - Build and Branding

We build you a fully responsive car sharing platform with your company branding and colours. All hosting and updates are included in our cloud based system and you will have your own custom web address.

Step 2 - Setup and Launch

We help you to promote the new scheme and actively engage with staff at on-boarding events at your location to ensure the maximum amount of sign-ups to the system.

Step 3 - Staff Support

Staff sign up, use the platform to find colleagues to share their commute with. We help with any questions, queries or problems that they might have via email, telephone or social media message.

Step 4 - Help and support

You are fully supported with a dedicated Client Engagement Manager to ensure any questions you have are answered. We’re here to help make your scheme as successful as possible.

Step 5 - Data and Reporting

You have full access to your reporting dashboard which shows key metrics. It also includes ready-to-go marketing materials and engagement campaigns that you can add your scheme url to, free of charge.
